Quotation, order and delivery

Our production process is very simple:

  • The customer requests a quotation using the form on the left, or by
  • Within 2 working days EDIS sends an offer;
  • The customer confirms the order in writing and sends the artwork;
  • Within 3 working days EDIS sends a prototype to verify the effect;
  • The customer approves the prototype;
  • Within 3 weeks the finished product is ready for pick-up at our warehouse.

 

Indications for artwork

EDIS takes care of the entire elaboration of the effect, starting from the artwork supplied by the customer. We kindly ask you to send us your files:

  • in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PSD, AI, or EPS format
  • in high resolution (300dpi full-size)
  • on separate layers, if possible
  • with at least 3mm of internal and external bleed
